CreaseCrusader91
That weird nervous excitement when a three and a half year dream, that often seemed far away and was often labeled impossible and crazy, is happening tomorrow. Yep. Coming to America tomorrow. And staying. And aiming to make the next meet-up. :chug: Yeah buddy! Congrats. So happy for you.
Vodka Drunkenski
Not sure what's worse, waiting on line at the Motor Vehicles or waiting on the phone with them. My approximate 35 minute wait time was over 40 minutes ago.

Syle
So if I were to go out for tomorrow's game, is this the place to go?
Phil
The Flying Puck? Great atmosphere, but pricey as it gets. A salad there costs like $17.

Morphinity 2.0
They're about the same price, by the end of the night. Yeah, but you can get way drunker. I dropped $80 at The Flying Puck once, split with my friend, and I got 6 beers and a burger out of the deal. $80 in MSG will cover your seats. Morphinity 2.0
The Keg Room NYC will be hosting the official viewing party. Never been there.
Syle
Anywhere really, just preferably not UWS as I'll be coming from queens. Only requirements are reasonable drinks and game audio, though decent number of nyr fans would be ideal

Only requirements are reasonable drinks and game audio, though decent number of nyr fans would be ideal Well, for game audio, The Flying Puck will absolutely have that, and the drinks are fairly priced. It's the food that isn't. I'd imagine the Keg Room NYC will also have audio, as they are hosting the official viewing party, and Foley's NYC will usually carry audio during the playoffs as well. For the location, yes, they aren't overly expensive for a Penn Station bar. But there are less expensive places to go. Blind Pig.

True, but are the Pig one of the viewing party locations again this year? I believe that was the reason they were hosting audio a few years back, but I haven't heard their names in a while. Great bar, for sure, but I'm not sure they're gonna give him everything he wants.

I saw game 7 against the Caps there a few years back and it was euphoric.
Syle
Thanks for all the advice, I should've asked sooner so I could try all these places. If you don't mind LES/St Marks Place - St. Marks Ale house will have the game, it will have sound, and it will be packed with Rangers fans. I saw game 7 against the Caps there a few years back and it was euphoric. I'm meeting someone who lives right in that area- will they definitely have game audio on? Their site seems to say they have trivia on tonight. That would be a pain
