Thanks Phil for the GDT.   I'm new here, but I can tell you this forum is fantastic for all the varied insights and the obvious camaraderie amongst the core group.  It's a joy to be along for the ride.   I'm surrounded by Caps fans here in VA but I fly my NYR flag with pride everyday.

I think Gudbranson is going to have a problem today.   Or, Rempe lights up Voronkov.     Not sure if anyone wants a piece of Matty Ice.   We'll see.

Anyway, thanks for allowing me to be on board.    I don't participate during the game as I watch under the "cone of silence!" but I'll weigh in after.

Number 11 in the books by 8:37 PM.

No excuse for losing this game even though they’ll lose eventually.  Can’t win forever.

Technically they can win forever although entropy suggests they will not.

Let’s take of business today boys!
No let downs.. Fuck the 10 game win streak and concentrate 1 game at a time from here on in. One faceoff at a time, one shift at a time, one period at a time. We got a long road ahead fellas so one step at a time please. Also one last thing  be sure to knock somebody on their ass as we go along this trip okay? Mr. Rempe will you do the honors? Everyone is bound to have a lucky night or the rangers with an unlucky night but as is I have no idea how anyone beats us. We can play any game at the top of the league at this point. We brutalized the devils into submission followed up by a tight playoff style game where our depth won. At this point the biggest enemies are ourselves.

I think it’s an emphatic record setting win tonight to the tune of around 5-2.

This is a trap game. Going back to back for a team record vs a bottom feeding team.  Rangers need to be focused from the drop of the puck and give it full effort for all 60 minutes.

Not sure if they will win but w the record on the line I'm pretty sure they will have their foot on the gas
