Overall pretty good first period by the entire team. Easily could have come out flat and they really didn't sans a few seconds here and there.

Good first period, I like how they dictated most of the play and reminded me of early in the season. Shesterkin looking comfortable also. Some defensive luck too on both sides .

Maybe I'm crazy, but I think having a 4th line that plays with a lot of energy and physicality pumps up the team and everyone else plays a little harder and more engaged.  Lindgren's hit on Pavelski was the best hit I've seen him throw in a while.  Please Lavi....keep the Hansens with the team and I'm fine with Vesey on Mika's wing.  Gives that line more grit and another solid defensive winger.
