Those guys that went out on the ice, they had to work. They had to fight and scratch and deliver a game with under six minutes to go, and then under two minutes to go, and they really did.” - Peter Laviolette on the Stadium Series game comeback GIF to HYPE:
RangersIn7 Posted February 20, 2024 Posted February 20, 2024 Tough game tonight. Dallas playing very well of late. LGR!
RangerDanger Posted February 20, 2024 Posted February 20, 2024 As much as I'd love this to be a statement win, I get the feeling our Sloppiness/luck combo wears out and bites us in the ass. 4-1 Stars.
Sharpshooter Posted February 20, 2024 Posted February 20, 2024 Reeks of a letdown game and Dallas is a damn good team that's been hot. I'll be stunned if the Rangers pull this one out tonight.
Ozzy Posted February 20, 2024 Posted February 20, 2024 Dallas coming off a shootout loss to Boston yesterday after being up 3-2 with less than 2:00 to go. They won't be in a good mood. If we lean on these guys physically, and start hitting and finishing checks early, we win.
RichieNextel305 Posted February 20, 2024 Posted February 20, 2024 Tough test coming off a very emotional win on Sunday. Dallas is one of the very best in the league. Not an easy game to have coming off the Stadium Series. But we’re playing well, as are they. Should be a good one. I’d like to see Igor stand on his head for this one.
jsm7302 Posted February 20, 2024 Posted February 20, 2024 Well considering the team didn't play great until the last five minutes of last game. I fully expect the effort to carry through for the first 55 of this one. Panarin hat trick.
RJWantsTheCup Posted February 20, 2024 Posted February 20, 2024 If they are going to lose a game I rather lose tonight instead of against the Devils Thursday. Lindgren good to go as per Mollie Walker. 1
Kevin Posted February 20, 2024 Posted February 20, 2024 Trivia is Kreider. Some question about American goal scorers or PP goals with Pavelski.
Pete Posted February 20, 2024 Posted February 20, 2024 Out of conference game on a Tuesday night in February, coming off the heels of an emotion win against a hated rival on the national stage?

Blue Heaven Posted February 20, 2024 Posted February 20, 2024 Tonights Trivia Q: Who was the player who knocked the F out of Mike Modano and then the EMS crew dropped the stretcher?

Sod16 Posted February 20, 2024 Posted February 20, 2024 (edited) Trivia: Lee Harvey Oswald. (First Russian emigre to play for Dallas). Edited February 20, 2024 by Sod16

Valriera Posted February 20, 2024 Posted February 20, 2024 These are tough games but at this point, the only prediction that makes sense for the rangers is that they're going to find a new way to win or find a new way to lose and nothing really in between. Either way, bound to be fun!

But the only two genuinely good teams they have beaten since 12/1 are CAR and VAN. Meanwhile, they have lost to FLA, VGK, COL, TOR, EDM, BOS, and PHI. The bulk of those wins were empty calories off CHI (3), MN (2), DET (2), NSH (2), WAS (2), ANA, SJS, etc. They have not been beating the best. There's no reason why the Rangers shouldn't beat the Stars, who are not particularly hot at 3-3 in their last 6. Plus, NYR should be pissed because Dallas ended their point streak in Nov. KEEP IT ROLLING, BOYS! LGR!
