QUOTE(S) TO NOTE:

“The amount of work he puts in and what he means to this team, leadership wise and his effort every day, for him to get two goals tonight and help us win that game like that, it’s unbelievable. All year he’s blocking shots, winning draws, playing the hard minutes. I’m excited for him.”

Should be no reason not to win this game.  Win this game and split with Islanders and beat the collapsing Flyers and they finish first in the Metro.  Ottawa game might not matter at all except for first in the conference and or league.

Few shakeups. Rempe in for Roslovic. Vesey up to 1st line. Jones in for Gustafsson.

Roslovic has had a few rough games. He got benched after a mistake of his led to a Detroit goal the other night and he had under 10 minutes of TOI if I remember correctly. So good time to sit him down and let him reset a little bit here before playoffs.

Weird that Lavi would switch anything in the bottom six after last game.
I would put Jones in for Gus though.  Gus struggled last game.  Jones has been playing well

Start calling Kreider/Mika the "Liberal Line" because it's where right wing goes to die.

I really wish St. Louis had success up there; I hate playing them. Like many others they seem to step up and we step down against them. Hoping for a good showing to be one step closer for home ice through out the tournament.

St Louis is doing just fine there and I think he’s got a real future in coaching.

With Troy McClure?

I remember him from such films as “Dial M for Murderessness” and “The Wackiest Covered Wagon in the West.”
