Like that the Bs/Isles was extended by a later start time , OT and a shootout. Hopefully NYR got into their hotel beds in Massholia well before the Bs got home last night. Perhaps somebody at JFK or MacArthur delayed their travel plans  a bit.

This is an important game.  It's a way to wipe the conversation of the last couple of weeks or to make it much louder.

Agreed. I don't even think they need to win to wipe the conversation, just compete

Love that term masshole. Spent some time up in northern Maine a few years ago. All the locals call them that, even grannies lol

Rangers have to stay on top to win this one.  Last game I said the first goal would win although the score would be higher.

I have the same feeling here.  First goal is going to the winning team.

Hope Vesey keeps it going. He’s been leaving it all out there, playing with effort, sacrifice, and system buy in.

Tonight let’s see that early season defense return along with Shesterkin’s game, 3-1 Rangers.

Hard to imagine winning here maybe we can steal a point

It's not that hard, I have no problem with that....😉

Statistically, Shesty had been pretty much the same during the first eight game, 0.889 SV%, as he had been during the last eight game, 0.879 SV%. The difference is the defense, as you mentioned,  and the offense scoring more at the beginning of the season vs. as of late. The team better shape up, otherwise Shesty will break some more goalie sticks....
