What the hell is going on here?

Quinn is doing a marvelous job. Plain and simple. He's got guys playing to their potential, in a few cases punching well above their weight.

Still feels like the team is riding a wave that isn't sustainable, but every result is inching towards a recalibration being necessary.

Also, just to add that I was absolutely fucking ecstatic for Phil Chytil last night.

Put in such an effort and what a thoroughly deserved goal that was.

Increased ice time and playing with more skilled players really allows him to shine. This kid is going to be a special talent - you can just see by the way he controls the puck and maneuvers in the O-zone. Yes, there are growing pains to be expected but overall? He is fun to watch!

I keep saying the same thing, 31!!!

Aren't we supposed to be losing or something like that???? I know we're supposed to go in the toilet, but my inner will to win isn't making that or accepting that to happen!!!!

I know the proverbial shit is gonna hit the fan eventually, but damn! It's fun watching Howden, Chytil, and the rest of the kids! They're showing me they have some game in 'em!!

..I guess like Fletch put it...just enjoying the ride while it lasts!

So how is hank going to react to a sell off if they are close to playoff position again?
Unsurprised.

If they keep winning they're in limbo.

Can't afford to buy.

Standing pat with a team we all know has no shot at a cup is foolish.

Selling means you're committed to long term success.

Fact is they're not really beating good teams and they're in a shitty division.

I’d be fine “buying” if it gets rid of salary.
