  1. The defense is worrisome no doubt but we haven't even seen Kane play yet plus who knows how much of a jump the kids make in the next few weeks?
  2. Big save by Shesty on the slot shot not a tough save but kept OT going for Chytil to score. Nice!
  3. Haven't been on the forum awhile saw the rebuild thread after i popped into this one. this team is in such a weird place with their players so much talent but lacking consistency, you see how they play in this game, they're almost there.
  4. I thought he got hooked on the hands but yeah either way he sold it where it looked legit Ingram folded under known battering ram and grinder Mika Zibanejad lol. Hey at least it's 2-0 haha.
  5. He's got a rep as a fighter though, figure he throws a clean hit and gets called incorrectly rangers take a penalty lose morr momentum right?
  6. best of 3 best of 7 rangers take it good even game, some mental lapses at the end but we'll win most nights with this effort.
  7. The best part is Panarin and Lafreniere aren't even playing!
  8. Completely disagree, Chytil was in similar hot water here until this run and it's been 5 years and more ice time than Kakko. If they're playing poorly, it's a tough call but to throw away top picks so soon after drafting them sours the club the fans and future potential prospects. Chytil may not be a 2C 3C or 1C but he and Lafreniere showed something to build on after middling seasons. Kakko can get there too, even after dealing with injuries and bottom 6 ice time. If he was lazy or not a hard worker it would be easy to cut bait but until we see that on the ice or in the locker room it's harsh to to slam the door on a talented prospect so quickly. It'd be nice to line up trades and UFAs to push to the next level but isn't that what the Rangers have done consistently without success since 1994?
  9. Lets not forget on the road to their cups Tampa lost plenty and got swept by Columbus, but they trusted their core and their coach and kept building. I feel like we are already halfway there with our young players stars and goalie. Failure hurts, but it doesn't always wound deep, especially if we're having this sort of conversation after a Cup win.
