This is not how anyone wanted this to go with our top offensive D threat. However, proper decorum and support of your teammates is crucial in being successful so if ADA can't bring himself to be a good teammate then all the talent in the world isn't going to bring a noncohesive team into a championship team. Time to cut him loose and move on. Wonder if they will terminate or buyout but either way, I can imagine they don't want him at any level of this organization.

If Chris punched him in the face like reported, give that man the C. That is the leadership needed; protect teammates, stand up for one another and make a statement. ADA made his bed. Remove the cancer and suddenly the body starts functioning as intended again.

Id hire Emilio Estevez.....great pedigree, look what he did with his last group of misfits. Charlie Conway and Fulton Reed really address some glaring holes in this lineup for leadership and sandpaper too!

I was fully expecting there to be no explanation at all for those three stars. Happy there is; makes me like it a lil more. The Caps, Lightning and Sharks have always been my secondary teams I have enjoyed watching.

Chytil, Fox, Miller, PDG, Kakko have all stood out to me.
