QUOTE(S) TO NOTE:

“A lot of it was probably self-inflicted. Just turnovers and not enough grind or real compete. It’s what’s going to happen when you play games like that. There’s no easy games, especially a divisional game at home. There’s no reason for us to show up and play that game.”

After the Carolina debacle I would love to see a determined Rangers squad ahead 3-0 after the first period.  A slow start followed by a one goal win still equals 2 points in the standings, and no one gives a shit about what I'd like to see.

That's not true, I'd like to see 3 - 0 start of the Rangers tonight, or every night when they play, but I digress....

Nobody in position, who could do something about it, gives a shit what people would like to see in the forums, or for that matter in the media.

Let's just hope that they will show up tonight, instead of laying another stinker. LGR!!!

I just want to see a spark in the first period that involves and actual sustained forecheck.  Rangers have been great this year but I don’t want to see a mid season lull.
