This system we have in place under Laviolette minds to the team game. It makes up for the loss of some talent (not all), but it puts things in a way where workman-like players can still be successful with the loss of a big name. Mika hasn't even revved the engine yet...No worries here man...just enjoy the fun! This team is probably about the best we've iced since 1971!
