QUOTE(S) TO NOTE:

“I think it’s more principle. Obviously, we know they’re right across the river and all, but I think just having that in the back of your head that we’re going back to MSG for another dogfight is always fun. I know we really enjoyed that last year."

They have to play a physical game against the Devils.  Take away as much time and space as possible.  I think this is the type of game where we'll miss seeing Lindgren out there.

Isles totally brutalized them the other night and Devils had no answer.

No Lindgren for this really sucks, so they're going to need Trouba and Harpur to bang some bodies.

For a big guy, Harpur really isn't physical. Both with the eye test, and stats. 53 hits in 37 games. He's a teddy bear who tries to keep his game simple and not get out of position.

Islanders are just a bit more structured there than we are though. lol

I was going for, "The biggest understatement since General Custer said, 'Look!  Over the hill!!  I think they're friendly Indians", quote from Ralph Kramden!!!  😉

Devon Levi will make his NHL debut Friday vs. the Rangers. Levi was 17-12-5 with a sensational .933 SV% and 2.24 GAA with Northeastern University (NCAA) and will make his NHL debut Friday as he takes on the New York Rangers. The 21-year-old was a 2020 seventh-round pick (212 overall).

Damnit, the Rangers better make this game count since they're obviously getting shutout on Friday 🙃
