QUOTE(S) TO NOTE:

“I think there’s been some really good things that have happened this year inside of having some consistency. At times, the odd time, I think to spend the time to mix it up and to try and look in a different direction just to shake it. Different view. There’s something about changing the view every once in a while, I think can be good. And that’s just the way this year has gone, I can’t say that I’ve always been this consistent as a coach.”

  • Morphinity 2.0 changed the title to [RS] (#48) Rangers vs. Vegas Golden Knights — Thank You, Sir. May I Have Another?

Odd schedule before the All-Star break.

Tonight vs Knights

Saturday at Senators

It would be nice to get some points in the standings from the last 2 games before break.  I think the All Star break is coming at a good time for the Rangers as an opportunity to rest and reset.  When teams are firing on all cylinders you just want to keep playing games without a break - but the Rangers are not firing on all cylinders.

Monday vs Avalanche, Wednesday vs Lightning I'll be scrutinizing more closely.  Both are quality teams that we're going to have to play well against to beat.  I think those 2 games are important to help set the tone for the February stretch of games.  Bad play against Colorado and/or Tampa Bay and I'll continue to hope that by April the Rangers will be playing their best hockey.

Recently moved to Myrtle Beach South Carolina and reading and listening to how well they are playing I’m finally able to see the Rangers play turn on the TV and who am I listening to. PK fu**ing Subban. Immediately turned sound off
