Win or lose this has been an amazing road trip. Despite there still being things to work on, 6-3 or 7-2 is a fantastic start for the standings. Wheeler has been getting close, let's hope he breaks the ice in his Winnipeg homecoming.

Last game of road trip totally expecting a loss.  Hellebuyck with a 105 save shutout.

Same plus they’re due for one.

Excited for another late start so I can watch again and then bam… 7:30 😑

Hell yeah- the 7:30 start was music to my ears...

Just waiting for the 30 minute delay while they induct Nik Antropov into the Ring of Honor or some shit like that

This is the Jets PR department screwing up.  They meant 7:30 Winnipeg time which will be 8:30 ours no doubt.

Yeah, I almost never reach the end of any 10pm games. End of second period, max, and I'm usually dozing off on the couch halfway through.

Time for a Jimmy Vesey hat trick!

Now if that's not a jinx buster I don't know what is because it's really easy for the powers to be to make that one not come true.

That's still better than 10:30 est- I'm getting too old for this shit.

Against Vancouver I tried watching the second period on my phone while laying in bed. Woke up at 4 am with the phone resting against my chin.

I was coming here to ask this question. I couldn’t recall them ever having a west coast/Canada trip like this and that’s apparently why. Loving the 200’ this team is playing.

LMFAO, that happened to me last year, except I didn't wake up at 4am — I woke up when it slammed into my nose, then angrily shut it off and went to bed.

I think we'll pull this one off too. Team is really elite level, best in the league in the stat that matters and that's defense. So as long as we pick up a few goals from somewhere I feel pretty good about our chances most nights. I hope that somewhere will be elsewhere than the powerplay forever, but as long as we keep the clamps on in our zone I don't care too much where.

I tend to agree. I think the only thing keeping the Rangers from a win tonight is Hellebucyk who has given them fits sometimes.

Mike; 1st time long time. Would the New York Jets and the Winnipeg Jets and the New York Rangers and Texas Rangers got together for a picnic? Who would win cornhole? I'll hang up and listen.
