You can't complain about the officiating at all. It was a penalty, and a lazy one at that, by Panarin.

Yes, but in OT after a Malkin manhandle both should have went. Or better, Malkin called before Panarin trips

Having a sudden influx of this much veteran talent on what still is a pretty young team is naturally going to take some time to get things adjusted and optimized.  Got a win in OT yesterday and a point in a pretty tough second of a back to back entirely on the road.  They play Pit twice this week and frankly only have to win one to stick a pin in them.  I predict different story at MSG.

Bread will make up for it next game just like he has his entire rangers career. This was a solid effort on the second of back to backs where we lost in ot on a dumb penalty. This happens and you sign up for 3/4 on back to backs every single time

Gallant is a shitty coach. With that All Star line up? Please. Just like Emile Francis….. years of under performing heartbreak. Seems like the best years I’ve seen were under asshole coaches….Keenan and Torts…🤔

Coaching has always been a problem for the Rangers. They usually have good rosters, but fall short because of incompetence behind the bench. The more hard ass coaches being a success here is not a coincidence. There's a reason a Rangers coach has never won Coach of the Year, because they suck.

Grant you it was a penalty. But what Malkin did behind the net before that, holding Bread the whole time they're behind the net and throwing him to the ice, was a penalty. Wasn't called, Panarin retaliates, penalty.

Doesn't excuse shit plan in OT and not playing a full 60 minutes.

If this team doesn't turn things around ASAP you can make book on Gallant getting shown the door after a early playoff exit.  He has the keys right now to what should be  an offensive Ferrari and it's doing nothing

OT plan; gain the puck, and skate around pointlessly without attempting a shot.

Yes. Also a very good game from Halak. They got owned for 40 minutes.
