Br4d
I keep looking at the list and thinking it is unlikely that the Rangers have 9 players better than Ryan Lindgren. No goals but probably the best defensive asset outside of Shesterkin.

Lindgren is a guy who's steady, so you will see guys move ahead of him and drop below him because they're having hot streaks or cold streaks and he's just consistent. If he goes on a heater then you might see him in the top five haha.

I mean, it's more provable than saying Lafrenière had a good game, when he went scoreless, and his line generated very little offense. Miller and Fox had good games. Lafrenière didn't, yet here you are giving him a participation award. Good game? Seriously? Oh that's right. He didn't collide with anyone in OT, sending the opposition on an odd man rush for the game winner. Good game? Let's call it a great game. I’ve never seen him that engaged, even during the 2nd half and playoffs last year. He actually looked like a decent skater last night too.

This guy's contract is going to hose the team the next few years if they don't move him when they can. He has enough recognition around the league that there will be teams wanting him even at his current cap hit. 1
Ozzy
Schneider will be Trouba's heir apparent....and a much better one in my estimation. @rmc51 I think you're right, dude. Moving Trouba unlocks a ton of interesting possibilities! We just have one more season I think, before that "modified" NMC kicks in.
