Realistically walking away from 4.5 already, another 1 million is chump change realistically. Realistically millions of dollars doesn't matter. It’s $5.5 million total. You’re right about that number. But it’s broken down into $4.5 million in base salary, and a $1 million bonus. He’s already received the bonus. It was paid out July 1st along with every other bonus owed on that date to every other player owed one league-wide. He’s only owed his base salary at this point. Never got us close to winning the cup. .927 save % and 2.14 GAA over 25 games in the 13/14 playoffs. Not a single player on the team was even close to being a star player in the league.
