Phil
Ha! Adventureland. I don't think I've been there in a decade, at least.
NYRangers92
I havent paid to go there in years lol. I went senior year of high school on a school trip, and now I only go for ice cream because they have Dippin Dots
Phil
You know where I wanna go again? Splish Splash. Apparently they have a ton of new rides. I haven't been there in like 5 or 6 years.
NYRangers92
Same, I might be going sometime next week before I head back to Pitt. Havent been there in probably as long as you lol. Only rides I refuse to go on are the ones with drops lol. Not a fan at all lol. And that blue tube slide with the sharks, just because that one is flat out dangerous
Phil
Shotgun Falls is the best! My dad cracks me up when we go there. He grabs two floaties (he's 6'6/260), often angering the employees who try to make him just go on one, and just floats down the lazy river and falls asleep. LOL. LindG1000
Better than Binghamton, I guess. Looks like Long Island, but greyer and uglier except the school which rocks.
LindG1000
If I end up leaving here, drop by for a cool trip to see some hockey around here and maybe you can convince her. ;) FFS are you coming to Jersey?
NYRangers92
except the school which rocks. that entire area around the school reminded me of Route 110.

LindG1000
psh, i got my B.S @ Stony Brook University which was a much nicer school! :D Nicer, maybe. Binghamton is an intellectual oasis in the middle of an utter shithole :). Snow, Rain, reading and nature. It was awesome. I had a lot of friends from HS that went to Bing and I remember everyone at the school getting excited about going to Walmart... hahaha It was a 24 hour super walmart!!! In all seriousness, half the thrill of Walmart for me was that I'd never been to one (NYC resident...no Walmart in NYC). The other half was that it was cheap and it was right by the movies. twentyseven
psh, u realize out of all the SUNY grads, Stony Brook grads earn the most money? Mostly cuz its a science school and Bing is more liberal arts, but thats not the point. Granted, Bing is more selective but for the more demanding fields, Stony Brook offers more. twentyseven
actually i appologize, it seems bing jumped sligtly ahead of Stony Brook. Bing grads are earning an average of 51,700 while SBU is earning an average of 50,900. But once again the two schools cant really be compared as each school's strengths are in different fields. Patrick Bateman
So, SUNY Maritine grads make more money out of school then anyone and to get in there all you need to do is open the door.
twentyseven
like i said, it depends on what field you want to go in. If you want to go into the engineering field and are going to go to a SUNY, you would most definetly go to Stony Brook over Binghamton. You go to the school that is best tailored for you

You go to the school that is best tailored for you Watson is a much more selective engineering school than CEAS. Where SB has Bing beat is physical science research - Binghamton spends much of their research in behavioral Psychology and liberal arts.
