At the bottom of the thread list there is a link to 'Load more activity'. Once you've loaded all of the threads in which you haven't read it will usually say no more content or something of the sort. As I am currently to the bottom of my list it just keeps saying load more content but nothing new is loading. Again, nothing astronomical, just reporting something that is there.
