That was easily Lafreniere's best game.

Enh. He was fumbling the puck everywhere.

Difference between 2nd like opportunities and 3rd line.

Plus I think WE have a bigger spotlight on him right now.

No, it was easily his best game, with all that.

Probably cause Chytil wasn't anchoring him down

That's no joke. You can see a weight was lifted off of him tonight. Body language says a lot. This should open management's eyes on Chytil.

Maybe a Giroux trade is exactly what they need. Chytil has really not been good at all this year. Shame. I had very high hopes for him, but he's at rock bottom right now.

Either change his position, send him down or deal him. He's an offense black hole. He's getting nothing done for himself or his linemates. Maybe some folks were right about Lafreniere needing a better center. Chytil just seems like a downer. Nothing good there.

Laf said during the 2 intermission that the difference for him was his linemates that last two games.

Stromer is a gamer; they better find a way to keep him. Who can we send packing to make sure this happens?

Would it be too much to ask Lafreniere to play RW opposite Panarin for a longer look? They tried it early in the year, but nobody had it going at the time. Maybe revisit the idea?

It's that or get an offensive minded center for the 3rd line.

I think everyone should sit games.

But Reaves looks slow and injured.

I agree I think losing Blais and being so razor thin hurts especially playing a guy like Hunt way up the lineup. Their just coming off a break though so I don't think there's going to be any urgency to rest guys especially with covid parking guys as it is.

He doesn't really fit with Zibanejad or Panarin. Well, not to their strengths

Next man up works real well for the Rangers.

Shesty got injured, Georgie stepped up his game; Panarin is out, the whole team stepped up. They've finally learned how to play 60 minutes of the game and it showed. It's good to be on the top of the hill...

So, let's get another offensive minded center. One that dies something.  Anything.  I mean the cheapest option that makes sense would be Brassard. You down?
