Phil
I completed the brainwashing of my nine year old, so it was a good night even with the loss, though I'm pretty sure he thinks he can step on the ice and help out. He can. He play defense, by chance?
zman
You know it's funny but there a lot of signs that the season is over. Just another sign is that the Rangers have been facing a lot of the backup goaltenders. Why put your #1 in, it's not needed.
Phil
Yeah, that's a sign you're not taken very seriously.

ThirtyONE
When was the last time the Rangers hit someone instead of stick checking? Last season? Holy shit. It's HOCKEY.

ThirtyONE
McLeod sucks. Just running around slamming into people. No shot of ever scoring a goal. Good for McQuaid. Rangers need more McQuaids and less McLeods.
ausman
I don?t think I?ve ever seen a team regress so much in season as this Ranger team has.

ThirtyONE
"This Boston team forces you into mistakes" - Peter Holland backhands a soft pass into four Bruins. Call it like it is, Joe. Please. Rangers did this to themselves.
zman
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a team regress so much in season as this Ranger team has. This is probably the true Rangers team, not bolstered by Lundqvist, and then lacking some scoring depth and injuries, and the pendulum shifts quickly over. This is what happens when advanced statistics catch up and your shooting percentage fall down to earth and the GAA goes up from the bad D you've been playing for 4-5 years

4EverRangerFrank
I want Ozzy to coach our team next. One of two things would happen: 1) we win lots of games or 2) there would be lots of blood on the locker room floor.
Myusername
Man do we suck... yowza Team has pretty much given up. If they sell I almost cannot see us NOT getting a top 5 pick Rangers are almost in the same position the Yankees were before last season... if they play their cards right it could be a pretty swift rebuild. A lot of thinking and important decisions will need to be made very soon
Phil
"That was one of the worst games of my career and one of the worst games I've ever been a part of in my Rangers career. That sums it up." - New York Rangers defenseman Ryan McDonagh after their 6-1 embarrassment at the hands of the Boston Bruins. http://www.espn.com/espn/now?nowId=21-0753099784037863852-
