Fuhgeddaboudit
Guys, for those who read the books... I posted something on the private boards about the new app for IOS (could be for android too) "world of ice and fire" that has a lot of cool information there. BUT, they also have an excerpt of Winds of Winter on there that you can read. It's quite lengthy, I haven't read it yet myself but I plan on it soon. H-Dreamer
Honest Trailers did a GoT Video for the first three seasons. Obviously full of spoilers of those, but I am pretty sure everyone here interested in the series know these anyway. ;)

Phil
Yeah, that was a really solid first episode. No complaints at all. I love the casting of Oberyn thus far.

Phil
He instantaneously became my favorite character. Like...in a heartbeat. What an absolutely hilarious intro to him. Yeah, his walk and talk with Tyrion absolutely sold it.
LindG1000
I loved the Hound/Arya road tour comedy scenes today too. Good ol' Sandor had some killer lines there - "Lots of cunts" and "What the fucks a Lommy" are up there on the list of great one-liners. Arya's completely twisted now too. It's fantastic. High and Wide
Great premiere. Agreed about Hound/Arya and Oberyn. Great moments there. I loved Jon's quip at Janos Slynt. I liked that they didn't try and jam everyone in this episode as well.
NYRangers92
So so happy they got Oberyn right. Probably my favorite character from the books. Also the Thenns are awesome. Trying to figure out who is who could be confusing though.
Fuhgeddaboudit
Great episode. I love the Oberyn casting, the Dornish seem very cool. Seeing the dragons were really nice, and the Hound was fucking hilarious
Slobberknocker
question. at the beginning Tywin melts the sword down. was that Ned's? I thought the opening to be a bit slow but I suppose it was a set up episode. the ending though was flat out awesome. they reminded me of pullo and vorenous from the rome series. Fuhgeddaboudit
I believe that was Ned's sword. Not sure why they haven't mentioned it directly

Fuhgeddaboudit
I totally forgot who the Thenns were at the first too. They looked cool, then I remembered they were like another group behind the wall.
LindG1000
I believe that was Ned's sword. Not sure why they haven't mentioned it directly They put it in the opening montage such that it was very obvious that it was Neds sword.
Phil
"From someone who had no need of it anymore" was the indication you needed (if the visual wasn't enough) that it was Ned's sword.
Fuhgeddaboudit
Eh, I guess watching it with people was not the best idea.
