Get the feeling they're gonna sign a rotating C who can slot into wing, and a utility defenseman, possibly by virtue of trading Jones. They'll treat kakko and/or chytil as their deadline acquisitions. This will let them stop the resource bleeding for a on the fly retool/rebuild while remaining competitive, which is inevitable.
