  1. As far as defense goes, I like what I?ve read on Barron and Schneider. As far as forwards Perrault, Neighbors and Holloway. Sent from my iPad using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
  2. Son of Todd Richards, who is a former HC and now the assistant coach in TB. Supposedly a ?defensive minded forward? with a college face-off win percentage just below 55%. And has gotten a hand full of SH goals in college career. Sent from my iPad using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
  3. Larry Brooks @NYP_Brooksie ? 5h By the way, and this is a by the way, Brown free agent defenseman Zach Giuttari signed AHL contract with Wolf Pack and played in last night's loss to Providence. Sent from my iPad using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
  4. Hartford Wolfpack website has announced: Wolf Pack general manager Chris Drury announced today that the Wolf Pack has signed forward Mike O?Leary to an AHL contract. The 6-1, 200-pound O?Leary comes to the Wolf Pack from the University of Notre Dame, where he recently completed a four-year career. In 37 games this season with the Fighting Irish, O?Leary, a 22-year-old native of Halifax, Nova Scotia, scored nine goals and added 14 assists for 23 points, while serving 20 minutes in penalties. Those totals were good for third on the Notre Dame squad in both points and goals. In 151 career games at Notre Dame, O?Leary amassed 20 goals and 37 assists for 57 points, along with 102 PIM. He helped lead the Fighting Irish to the NCAA Frozen Four twice (2016-17 and 2017-18), including an appearance in the championship final in 2018. O?Leary?s pre-college experience included two seasons (2013-14 and 2014-15) of action at Salisbury School in Salisbury, CT. 5. This is an except from Blueshirtsbanter article: K?Andre Miller?s College Season Over ; Pro Hockey Next? 60 It wouldn?t be a surprise to see K?Andre Miller turn pro... perhaps as soon as this month. By Adam Herman@AdamZHerman Mar 8, 2020, 8:30am EDT A quote from Miller: As for Miller, there are no guarantees that he doesn?t return to Wisconsin for his junior season in 2020-2021. However, in a recent conversation with The Athletic, Miller admitted that he mostly viewed his time at Wisconsin as a path to the Rangers and little else. ?They?re not easy classes so there?s a lot of work behind them. Managing that in the right way with hockey has been fun ? I guess,? Miller says with a chuckle. ?I struggle to stay motivated. I don?t know. I love hockey. It?s kind of bad to say but I feel like school is always second to hockey. It?s just getting by in school and doing whatever I need to do to make it (to New York).? If the Rangers offer him the chance to turn pro, either right now or for the 2020-2021 season, and there?s no reason to believe they wouldn?t, then it would be difficult to believe he?d instead head back to a struggling Wisconsin team. 8. Dennis Bernstein @DennisTFP ? 16h Short but interesting scout list for Avs-Kings in LA: NYR 2 CHI SJS BUF STL Sent from my iPad using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
  9. Adam Herman of the blueshirtsbanter Adam Herman @AdamZHerman ? 26m Elliotte Fredman confirms on Sportsnet that the recent NYR run is not probably not making a difference in whether Kreider stays or goes. The only real consideration will be whether a contract can be agreed to. 1 3 40 Joe Fortunato Retweeted Adam Herman @AdamZHerman Also, Chris Johnston independently reported that Colorado is likely moving center Tyson Jost one way or another. Makes sense to speculate about him as an inclusion in a potential Kreider trade, though. The Rangers certainly could use a young shutdown center. 10. Pro hockey rumors.com had this: Speaking of contract extensions, the New York Rangers are also in discussions with their top trade target, Chris Kreider, about a contract extension. However, there are plenty of teams that have been discussed that might be willing to pay big to bring Kreider aboard for their playoff run, including the Colorado Avalanche and St. Louis Blues. The Fourth Period?s David Pagnotta reports that the Carolina Hurricanes have also expressed interest in adding Kreider. The Hurricanes, who are still battling to even get into the playoffs (they are one point out of a playoff spot at the moment), do have one of the best prospect systems in the league and have the picks and prospects to make an enticing offer if they want. Sent from my iPad using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
  11. David Pagnotta @TheFourthPeriod As the Rangers & Kreider continue to discuss a possible contract extension, it sounds like the Carolina Hurricanes have kicked the tires on Kreider, as well. Sent from my iPad using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
  12. You can argue that a return of Kaut, Bowers and a 1st is a good return. Kaut ( 2018 1st Rd pick 16th overall)is a top prospect, Bowers (2017 1st Rd pick 28th overall) can be a top 9 player and a 2020 1st Rd pick. from my iPad using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
  13. For anyone looking to read a little something to pass the time Bluelinestation has a nice opinion piece: New York Rangers: Four potential trades for Chris Kreider by Andrew Steele-Davis 3 hours ago Sent from my iPad using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
  14. Boston just made a deal with Ana. for Kase. Backes with 25% retained along with Axel Andersson(2018 2nd Rd pick) and a 2020 1st Rd pick. I think that was pretty steep considering Kase seems to always get hurt. ??? Bob McKenzie Retweeted Frank Seravalli @frank_seravalli ? 1h Believe the full deal is Ondrej Kase to BOS for 1st-round pick, David Backes and prospect Axel Andersson. ??? Pierre LeBrun @PierreVLeBrun ? 1h Also important to note: the Bruins are retaining 25 percent of Backes? remaining contract. So the Ducks are only on the hook for about $3 M in real dollars next season on that contract. Sent from my iPad using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
  15. I know what you mean, what you?re saying. Everytime we play on that channel you can tell Milbury and Jones completely hate our team. But yeah, Milbury has such an attitude, he?s so opinionated and loud. Whomever is with him whether is Liam McCue, Jones, Boucher?they just look at him while he goes on his rants. It?s like watching Brian Burke on the NHL network. Sent from my iPad using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
  16. Anyone caught the pre game thing with Milbury and Jones ? Milbury just kept going on about Lundqvist. Saying stuff like it?s time to go, Lundqvist should ask for a trade, if I were him I?d want out, it must be tough dressing for every game and sitting there on the bench watching these 2 young kids playing so well, he?s being disrespected. These no shame in asking out, Bourque left and won the cup in Colorado, he?s still loved in Boston( as he looked at Jones). Sent from my iPad using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
  17. Even if we made the playoffs we are not gonna go far. Keeping what we have just to make the playoffs so that then we can have 1 or 2 players walk off via free agency is not gonna help us in the long run. This is our opportunity to add 1 or 2 young players to the team for the next couple of years. Sent from my iPad using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
  18. JF Berube was moved by the Phantoms/Flyers so they could bring up Ustimenko( 21 yr old Russian prospect?2017 3rd pick). McCollum and Zetter-Gossage their return were sent straight to the ECHL. So apparently Berube?s contract keeps him from being sent to the ECHL so they moved him for McCollum so McCollum could be sent to the ECHL and they had to take Zetter-Gossage contract off our hands. Sent from my iPad using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
  19. Not only Malgin but they also just traded for Max Veronneau. Sent from my iPad using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
  20. I find it funny how there was all this talk of Bracco being such a good return for us in a deal for Georgiev, yet with all the injuries Toronto has had Bracco has yet to be called up. And thank god we didn?t get Johanssen?-out for the year?seems like he?s always getting hurt?this year is no different. Sent from my iPad using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
  21. Blueshirts station has this article by Steve Paulus: Elliotte Friedman reports on TSN that the Florida Panthers are willing to listen to offers for center Vincent Trochek and they are looking for defensive help. That immediately set off a fever of speculation on social media that a Trochek for Brady Skjei deal would help both teams. On the surface, it makes sense. Trocheck is only 26 and is two season removed from a 31 goal, 75 points season. He is also a good face off man, with a lifetime winning percentage of 51.3%, an area the Blueshirts are sorely lacking. Trochek is signed for two years after this one at an annual cap hit of $4.75 million. The Rangers couldn?t take on that kind of salary unless it was an even cap hit swap and that?s where Brady Skjei and his $5.25 million annual hit comes in. The only consideration is that if Gorton was to offload Skjei, it would probably be in a cap clearing trade and this one definitely is not. The common thinking is that a Trochek arrival would mean that the Rangers could give up on trying to re-sign Ryan Strome. Without Strome, the odds of their inking Tony DeAngelo to a new deal becomes much more possihle. Sent from my iPad using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
  22. They have acquired winger Tyler Toffoli from Los Angeles in exchange for winger Tim Schaller, prospect Tyler Madden, a 2020 second-round pick, and a 2022 fourth-round pick that is contingent on Toffoli re-signing with Vancouver. Both teams have confirmed the trade. Sent from my iPad using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk

  25. Back to Colorado. Pierre LeBrun [emoji818] @PierreVLeBrun Avs coach announces on his radio show that Nazem Kadri is out longish term. Avs spokesman tells me it's week to week for Kadri who was injured Sunday night. Colorado was already in the market for a top-9 F so this may add some urgency to it. ??????? Also saw McDavid is listed as week to week with his injury. Sent from my iPad using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
