I see Skjei still being a disaster in his own end and at ES falling behind Staal and that's sad. Jury still out for me with Fox and ADA not sure either has done anything to set the high expectations some have here. depends on which Kreider you get. Chytil is a guy that I hope to see much more from. So far it's not there for me. #LGR Hoping Trouba picks it up too sooner rather than later so far not impressed, especially for a guy they're counting on to be a leader on this team based on the investment they made in him.

very early obviously but if Skjei and Trouba don't step up this year we could be looking at a real shit show. I have little faith in Skjei I think he cashed in on a half of a good season. Jury is out on Trouba for me but I don't think he a bonafide can't miss star. Hopefully I'm wrong on both.

The devils D was one quality pair and four AHL'ers. I think the devils bottom 6 forwards were spare parts too with maybe McLoed (sp) being a guy that will make the opening night roster. Overall it was an ugly but mostly meaningless effort. Although if we were hoping to be surprised by someone unexpectedly I didn't see it. Just a bad game, onto the next one. I do hope they make a ton of cuts sooner rather than later to get a better understanding of where we are at this point.
