Does Foxy look a little off ?  His body language hasn't looked good.   More than just the regular "oh shucks" look.  I think he's got something going on physically ?

Not gunna lie.....he is very lucky his hockey IQ is so high because his foot speed is lacking severely.

Can someone explain to me what that intro music ESPN is playing?   It sounds like some Russian polka shit?    Really annoying.

Oh, and thank God Pernell-Karl Sylvester Subban was off the set last night.   Messier seemed so pleased not to listen to that AssHat.    And Holy crap, that was a sweet suite Mess was rocking !

Weekes >>>>>>>>Schlubbaaahn

His brain is why he’s a top 2 defenseman and top 10ish player in the league, so it’s ok

NYR 5v5 through 2 games:

4 GF 4 GA, 50.42 xGF%, 22-19 HDCF, 48-57 SC (all scoring chances)

The results are even and they deserve to be even. Don't care about total scoring chance differences when high danger is at least balanced, and so far slightly in the Rangers' favor. This all backs up the eye test through the first 2. The teams have traded chances at 5v5.

The fact the Rangers have been able to essentially nullify the 5v5 advantage, and lean into their strengths on special teams and in net, is a terrific start to the series.

Hoping this tune carries forward into Raleigh...🤞

Not gonna lie that has been a huge noticeable loss for them hopefully we continue to take advantage

He has been, but DeAngelo replaced him and has been very good in the first 2 games even though nobody probably wants to admit that.

Also, that stinks. We've missed Chytil all season. Thems the breaks.

Pesce is a huge piece for them that I doubt we see this series. Though he didn’t want to confirm it during that interview he did where he announced Fast would likely be out for the playoffs, his body language made it seem like Pesce would be too. He left the door open but I don’t think we see him. And if we do, he would be at much less than 100%. That was the vibe I got, at least.

I wonder if he is still shaken up over the hit from Game 4 against Washington.

Hes played great. Few times I noticed that Gustafsson got time with PP1 outside of him needing to sit for the beginning of it due to being checked out or just lost in a line change quickly or something along those lines.

Its playoffs. All these guys are a little banged up.

Was listening to Vinces podcast this morning, he mentioned the same thing - thought it was that hit from Jensen against Washington.

Agreed. He's a shot suppression specialist. No matter how good ADA has been over two games, he's not Pesce.

The NHL is getting faster every year.

If Foxy wants to stay ahead he is going to have to improve his footspeed.

He's not in his teens or early 20s anymore, so that seems unlikely. I'm not concerned about it like you are though.
