I guess, yeah, but it's an AHL PTO, so he'd still need to be signed to an NHL deal.

It's pretty surprising he's clearly desperate for a North American hockey gig. He's made $37M in the NHL in his career. Now he's basically playing for per diem in the AHL. I guess he just doesn't want to play in Russia right now.
