RichieNextel305
Man, this would be one hell of a win. Going to Tampa with a bit of a stranglehold would be extremely impressive. Play your game. Lets go!!!!! 1

Kick save and a beauty
We hit them in the mouth and they do not have the "rust" excuse this time around. I expect we will see the best of whatever that team has to offer tonight. A really good time to hit them in the mouth a second time. <ETA> Does this team possess a killer instinct? jsm7302
We need to break this streak and have them wondering what hit them. Score early and score frequently. Keep playing your game. Trust in Turk. Reavo v. Maroon will be worth the price of admission. The Trouba train will also run at full steam tonight, hopefully through Cal Foote. RJWantsTheCup
Would be nice to keep games 5,6 & 7 as necessary for another game or 2 at least.

Flynn
Backhanded complements at best- In the ECF because Pitt and Carolina had 2 dollar lawn chairs in net! This team sucks, just look at the analytics!! Tampa will mop the floor with the Rangers, this is going to be a sweep!!! Rangers are here because of Shesterkin and no other reason!!!! Win tonight? Beat the unbeatable Lightning coming off a loss?? You know what? Get the W Edited June 3, 2022 by Flynn 1
RangersIn7
While I won’t take anything away from Tampa and what they’ve accomplished, not just over the last 2 seasons but going back through these last 5 seasons, I think there’s something that maybe has been overlooked or ignored. Looking at their 2 previous Cup runs and who they’ve played and beaten over that time, something occurred to me. This Rangers team is at or near the top of the list in terms of talent out of all their opponents over their last 10 series. There’s really only a couple of those 10 teams I’d put up there with this Rangers team. And a number of the teams they’ve beaten through those 10 series have been not so great. Tampa has had some very favorable matchups over that span. Again, they did go out and win it two times. They beat who they had to, which is all you can do. But I don’t know that they’ve been really challenged all that much. Just something to think about.

If the shoe was on the other foot here and say the Penguins were playing Georgiev instead of Shesterkin, would they be harping about beating our backup goalie if they won the series? Hell no. The same for Carolina. Sports fans are a fickle bunch.

Blue Heaven
Taking my daughter tonight, hopefully making some ECF memories with her. Biggest ground rule I made was bathroom breaks only during the intermissions and she has to get up and cheer/wave the rally towel when the Rangers score (hopefully just as much as Game 1) 1 2
