Can't say I've been impressed with Vatrano outside of the first game where I thought he was buzzing around. The other games I thought he looked weak on his skates. Let's see if Kreider/Zib can get him involved...start to utilize that shot he's got. That 3rd line might be the best we've tried all year. He was trying to play slow and contemplative like Panarin and Strome only to repeatedly get hounded and picked. Playing with a bit more pace on the Kreider-Zib line might be more beneficial to him, though I truly think he just needs to play against 3rd line comp where he can be the primary chucker. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
