Meh, I feel like even if they scrounge up a win tonight, what's the point, as they'll go back on another 5 game losing streak right after based on the quality of hockey we saw from them the last few games.

Sounds pretty pessimistic I know, but they've got a long ways to go before they feel like a competitive hockey club.

The schedule is going to get tougher so it's hard to be optimistic until they string some quality games together.

Buffalo might be the only team in the division thats actually softer than us, so lets try not to let them run our guys and abuse us like the other night. Not asking for much.

What's the deal with Gauthier. Played one game? two? Hit the post a couple times and has been banished ever since.

 

Blackwell on the 2nd line is a nice touch.

 

speaks volumes if in the orgs eyes he hasn't done enough to beat out some of the plugs that are in the line up in front of him these days. I don't think it's purely Quinn's call but that's just me.
