Sod16
Kreider has always been bad on breakaways. Back a few years ago when he was getting more of them than he does now, he scored his first breakaway goal in February after a ridiculous number of chances. He's the last guy I'd put out there in the shootout. I left to go to dinner, they were up 2-0 with five minutes left in the second. When I logged on when I got home, I fully expected to see that they had lost. Not a Debbie Downer, just the reality that they were up while being outplayed by such a wide margin. They had 4 shots for the game over half way through.
Scott
Are they trading Pionk? NY is not a place where winning cups is important. Perhaps the Calder cup.
ThirtyONE
A loss in regulation would have been a better result. Might want to think about talking to Hank again about going elsewhere because he's really fucking this up for us.
Dunny
Winnipeg is stocked almost entirely with their 1st round picks going back to '11. (Scheifele) They haven't missed on a 1st rounder, they've all been homeruns.
Vodka Drunkenski
Let's get their scouting group then
Dunny
Most of them, but not the guy that drafted Lukas Sutter early in the 2nd.. http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/pdisplay.php?pid=124044
Zuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuc
Most of them, but not the guy that drafted Lukas Sutter early in the 2nd.. http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/pdisplay.php?pid=124044 Why does it say that he's drafted 2 times? Jets #39 overall in 2012 and Islanders #200 overall in 2014?
Dunny
Jets didn't sign him so he went back in.
Slobberknocker
really liked hank's honesty after the game. bit of a slide going on here. hitting xmas season is when the intensity starts to rise.
Dunny
Maybe Winnipeg would be interested in Hank if their goalie continues to turn in to a pumpkin.

Zuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuc
Jets didn't sign him so he went back in. I thought they became FA if that happens?
LONG LONG LONG TIME FAN
At this point, if playing a full 60 minute game with a tad of enthusiasm and physicality, along with NOT taking stupid, lazy penalties was the norm for this team, they would be getting accolades galore from the expert GMS on this forum. However, that is not the case. With #22 & 42 as mainstays on defense, things will only be getting worse, immho. Those 2 are ready for the press box. WTH decided that they were great acquisitions? Both terrible and in a fog more often than not. 11 SOG? OK! Disgusting exhibition.
Kevin
Most of them, but not the guy that drafted Lukas Sutter early in the 2nd.. http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/pdisplay.php?pid=124044 Looks like he should have taken whatever the Jets were offering! Yikes.
Kevin
I thought they became FA if that happens? U.S. College kid loophole. Doesn't work that way for Major Jr. kids if I'm not mistaken.
josh
We need better scouts in Canada. We dont get any Canadian boys, unless their dad played pro hockey
Dunny
They don't want that type, if anything has been obvious over past 15 years, it's that. They want a mix of north/south US college grads and east/west Euros.
CBrowningPI
Hayes went into hibernation, again. Next week he'll peek his head out and eat a few berries then it's right back in to suckle the teat. The elusive Bluebear.
