Giacomin
Is this the season opener for them? Actually they've had a bunch of 1 goal losses. How Hoffman can't jump onto that 2nd line in this situation, speaks to something beyond his skill level. He should be so motivated, but I hear the coach has not been impressed yet. Gravesy
The big question tonight is whether playing four forwards on the first line will pay off for the Rangers. It?s a bold strategy Sam, let?s see if it works!

4EverRangerFrank
It?ll be interesting to watch our team adopt a full-time ?shoot first? mentality. Or not. Old habits are hard to break. Are you listening Zucc? Hayes?
josh
It?ll be interesting to watch our team adopt a full-time ?shoot first? mentality. Or not. Old habits are hard to break. Are you listening Zucc? Hayes? Zucc already said no ... just because we?ve lost some goal scorers [in trades and free agency], I can?t change my game. I?m trying my best to help us win, but it?s hard to tell someone to suddenly become a shooter.? https://nypost.com/2018/10/22/zuccarello-is-proof-rangers-cant-pull-goal-scorers-out-of-thin-air/

josh
Lettieri is always a ‘shoot first’ guy. Hoping that rubs off on others. He’s scratched. And not getting opportunities to do such when he is in the lineup.
Dunny
The last time Florida won a playoff round there was a guy in the league who took a regular shift and didn't wear a helmet.
