Bugg
Look, this team is now officially ravaged by injuries. Missing 3 of top 9 forwards today and 2 of top 6 D. AV or who ever is running things HAS TO TELL THESE guys they have NO BUSINESS passing up open shots. Shoot and go to the net. That this team spends what seems like an eternity passing it around looking for a perfect sot that that will never come with each pass being another chance for it to go bad is beyond understanding. ThirtyONE
Didn't see the whole game but the Avs are fun to watch. Great turnout for their games too. Wow. Only question mark for me is why the 4th line is on with 1:30 left to play but I guess the lineup is pretty thin so it probably doesn't matter. Phil
Didn't have time for this one. Early afternoon game on a Saturday is tough with the kid. Spent the majority of it at the park. How'd they look?
The Dude
Did they not have a timeout to call with 11 seconds in the game, to get the only line that did anything back out there?

Myusername
Kinda unsurprising considering half the line up is out Avalanche have a good team

fletch
Didn't have time for this one. Early afternoon game on a Saturday is tough with the kid. Spent the majority of it at the park. How'd they look? had a hard time generating quality scoring chances.... definitely missing offensive firepower. Colorado is playing with a lot of confidence right now, so not a great time to catch them either.
Bugg
Pretty good effort, really. Gonna be a tough sled. This road trip with injuries is going to be very difficult. The King stealing a point would have been nice. On to LA.
Dunny
Yup, Hank was very good but slightly wasted effort letting McKinnon goal in I thought.
Fatfrancesa
Colorado a team that looked hopeless not 8 months ago now looks so promising not only for the future but now. Take a hard look and understand that the rangers don’t have to slowly bleed out. They can mitigate the dark years if they are smart
torontonyr
Tony didn't score tonight. Mark it.
LONG LONG LONG TIME FAN
Neither did Nick Ra$h. Let's see. Win all kinds of face offs. Hold the hottest team in the NHL to 2 goals. Actually show a physical presence........ And LOSE!

Future
Colorado a team that looked hopeless not 8 months ago now looks so promising not only for the future but now. Take a hard look and understand that the rangers don’t have to slowly bleed out. They can mitigate the dark years if they are smart Colorado has basically the same team this year as last year and they have a #1 overall, #2 overall and two #10 overall picks of their own playing. They traded a #3 overall. They totally whiffed on #11, #17 and #23 during the span that they got those guys. That's not to mention the fact that a former #1 overall elsewhere leads them in TOI. Colorado can make a quick turnaround because it is loaded with top-10 talent. The Rangers aren't going to get that for their UFAs.
