  1. Wtf its 7:30 start? Oh man, I’m gonna fall asleep before puck drop now
  2. I would think they would want Miller going the other way. Maybe Schneider or Jones. Don’t think they’re very interested in Kravtsov with his «problems».
  3. Please no. And how do we fit in his contract? Signed for 3 more years at 4.6m? If we’re making room for that we should use that on Gourde (or some else 3C).
  4. Youth, Minor, Junior - same same for me lol. But yeah, I guess it's not the right thread. It will be interesting to see the punishment here. I would guess life time suspension, but not sure how strict Sweden is with these things. Will probably face some legal action aswell, because that's assault with a weapon. Must be fun watching your dad beat the shit out of a drunk dude tho
  5. Youth Hockey in Sweden is not like everywhere else. https://www.aftonbladet.se/sportbladet/hockey/a/ALWR73/skandal-i-juniorhockeyn-blod-overallt-jag-spydde Should probably be disclaimer here, if you don't like blood (or messed up faces) - don't press the link lol.
  6. Tampa played with only 4 D-men against Kings tonight. Hedman played 32 minutes, McD played 29 minutes, Sergachev 27 and Foote 25. Didn't watch the game, but that has to be up there with "best game of the season" for Hedman. 32 minutes (no OT), 3:40 on the PK, 2 goals and 1 assist.
  7. Lol I only watched last game, the west coast games are too late for me, but I had no idea he was out
  8. JT miller at 50% would be 2,6m a year. That's Nemeth or Chytil money. No problem dumping either/both of them. That said, I don't see a world where we get Miller with 50% retention. Would need Schneider, Kravtsov, 1st +, and I'm not interested in that.
  9. Never said he was an idiot, nor did I imply that. I just meant that if he really wants Miller, and Vancouver says Schneider or no deal I could see Drury go for it. Not saying it would be a "mistake" or that he would be dumb to do it, just that I could see him doing it. This team has two obvious "problems". It's a top 6 RW and 3rd line C. Miller could probably fill both spots (obviously just one at the time), but he would be overkill as a 3rd liner. Now is he the solution for the top 6 RW spot? I dunno.
  10. Me neither, but I can see Vancouver saying "Schneider or no deal" and I could also see Drury fall for it. Have to remember that it was Gorton and co that moved up to draft him and that he's been with the A so far this season. It all comes down to how much future Drury wanna sacrifice for this season. If we want a Miller/Hertl it will cost more than we want to give up. Personally I hope they find a decent 3C for cheap (2nd/3rd+B prospect) and no more, but I can understand the temptation to use some of all that cap space we got this year.
  11. The only problem with trading Miller right now is that it creates a big hole in the lineup. Our left side is already a bit shaky with only Lindgren/Miller/Nemeth
  12. Vancouver needs RHD prospects, preferably a bigger, "stay at home" D since they have OEL and Hughes on the left side. So maybe they've been showcasing Schneider? Schneider, 1st and a lesser prospect would probably get it done. They don't really need Lundkvist cause of OEL and Hughes, same goes for Jones. We don't have any forward prospects (expect Krav) that has any value at this point, so I'm curious to see what we could offer here. That said, I hope they pass on Miller. If they get him at 50% so they can keep Strome then maybe, but then again, Miller at 50% would be hella expensive to acquire...
  13. Timo Meier just scored his 5th goal of the game vs Kings. 6-1 with one period left to play.
  14. It's on YouTube. It's Sean Evans eating hot wings with hot sauce with all kind of different celebrities. A mix between eating hot wings, interview and "shit talking". Just search "Hot Ones" on youtube and you will find the different episodes. Here's all the sauces for the new season:
  15. I didn't completely ignore it no. Besides the whole "no call in the playoffs" narrative is a bit wrong. Kucherov scored 19 of his 32 points in last seasons playoff run on the PP. That's almost 60% of his points. So far this season Panarin has scored 14 of his 38 points on the PP. I don't know, it looks like we're following the previous two SC champs recipe for success.
