Bran and Rickon are alive, they made their escape and the kids Theon killed were two others. Naturally no one else knows, just the kids themself and a few Ironborn. Rickon is away with Osha and leaves the story for now.

 

Renly is dead, killed by Stannis shadow and Melisandres magic.

Minor spoiler, but kinda obvious: Someone else was wearing his armor, to confuse the soldiers that joined Stannis after Renly died.

Yeah, I'd worked that out. My big question is...who? :D

Just passed the chapter where Jhogo brings Xaro Xohan Daxos, Quaithe of the Shadow and Pyat Pree back to Daenerys.

I can't remember - have you gotten to the chapter where Theon returns home?
