I'm all for not calling a penalty on decking a guy in front but we get called for finishing checks while they can deck guys in front without the puck at will

Not sure what you’re watching…they are just clogging the middle lanes and letting the caps take the outside and not overcommitting…takes a lot of discipline and hard work as you can’t have more than one guy out of the house…
