Except for the last few minhtes where they got an extended shift, I thought they didn’t give Carolina much

Rangers cross ice passing is killing them.  North - South against the Canes. There is no quarterback coming out of the defensive zone because the Canes are all over the place clogging up passing lanes.   That said, the deadline moves by Drury are paying off.  They look like a complete team and even Kreider has picked it up; his play generated the goal by Fox.

Got to get some better passes quick in the defensive zone to stop getting pinned like that. And get them dumping more where Igor can play the puck out. We can’t hold on all night like that.
