I'm all for that combo,  although I wouldn't describe them as checking forwards. 

 

I just like the combination because it breaks up 20/93. We've seen enough of 20/93/24 to know they don't generate good scoring chances,  or produce together. Switching out Kreider may be a different story. Just as much as switching out Zibanejad might be a different story. 

 

I doubt we see this anytime soon though. The Bromance is pretty strong. They'll try every RW option a few times before they split them up. It's annoying.
