Yes. Then play wing instead of center. Maybe changing the chemistry. 

 

With this teams strict structure (lol) , his responsibilities would change and he would have to adapt to the role of finisher instead of what should be disher/set up man as a center (which he looks to not want to be anyway). 

 

I'd think a move to wing would change a players philosophy or in this case, fit the players mindset better. He already plays like a wing. The combo needs a center.
