I think it's similar to having an open net breakaway and someone pulls you down. They automatically reward the goal.

A goalie can't throw his stick at a shooter during a penalty shot. TO called down and said the stick was thrown, it didn't slip out. Ovie didn't touch it.

That's how it goes when you're a young player, man. Some times you're just... there.

 

Just enjoy the fact that they're in the lineup getting a chance. Rangers finally have a young roster. Can't ask to play the kids and then complain when they're not awesome.
