phillyb
Oh really? Ok, sure. No Martin, so we resign McLeod.

Phil
McLeod is neither good enough or bad enough to affect the lottery. The issue I have with this is that he's not good at hockey. I was all for adding toughness, but I wanted a one-year deal for someone who can actaully play, like Hartnell.

torontonyr
Could be a character guy who kept people accountable. I'll choose to believe that.

Phil
Could be a character guy who kept people accountable. I'll choose to believe that. Sure, but the results speak for themselves. He's a total anchor on the ice in all three zones. I'm willing to bet the same will hold true in the AHL, too, making this a really bad signing. Even at one year. There's nowhere he can be hidden, except the press box, where he won't have a negative impact for every minute played in which he's not fighting. That's awfully "expensive" for character. Especially with Winnik, Hartnell, and others still on the market. LONG LONG LONG TIME FAN
YAY Cody! Sather at work again. They throw around the millions and then charge $10.00 for a beer. Whoopee!! Go Rangers!!
ThirtyONE
I don't think he'll make the team. He's just not good. Maybe he'll be an extra forward.

Phil
One year, $750K per the NY Post, so he qualifies for the burying cap rule ($900K, give it take).
