I think Lafreniere has also just suffered from the total lack of puck luck this team has had on offense all year. He himself was just missing goals earlier on and he's even had some sweet setups where his teammates just didn't finish. He's been a victim of that too. Overall we're still seeing the same bad habits that started to manifest in that Carolina playoff series. That's not good. Plus, Gravesy makes good points about this being the second really good prospect in a row. Everything is not on Quinn, and I'm not really worried about either of their careers, but at the same time, you don't really want too much damage to be done to their confidence so early, you know?

I think you're confusing disinterested for lack of confidence and trying to figure it out. Listening to him speak, seeing him leading up to the draft, and hearing people who know him personally i don't think this kid has played a disinterested minute of hockey in his entire life.

Yeah, maybe. His personality certainly doesn't give off those vibes. I still think most of these guys have just tuned Quinn out, and I think he kind of knows it judging by his body language recently, and just in general. I always found that he looks almost bugged out behind the bench most of the time. I did think he was going to be a good fit here, but we're still seeing the bad habits we saw back in the Carolina series. That's not good. I'm not really sure what's going on in with Zibanejad especially. Is it COVID? It has affected other athletes in other sports for awhile, depending on the person. That's the only thing I can think of because I highly doubt he has forgotten to play hockey overnight, which is what it looks like at times.

Dare I say Lafreniere has look disinterested at times? Is that fair? Sometimes you can't tell if he's even playing.

Yeah, I don't think it's a great fit at all. Tortorella's time here has come and gone. If they do make a change, do they bring in a Gallant or a Boudreau or do they just do something within like make Jacque Martin the head coach?

I don't necessarily expect body language to be great after a crappy loss, but Quinn just looks totally lost and defeated. There's also a good possibility he's lost at least half the locker room too.

I never watched this show it seemed like it was off streaming for quite some time. I'm definitely going to start watching it now. It seemed like it was a really popular show, yet had such a short run. Only one season?
