I'm worried where they'll put him in the lineup. Obviously with Bread, but with Tro as the center......dunno, doesn't excite me too much. I would rather see Bread-Zib-Kane on line 1, and Kreids-Tro-Tarasenko on line 2. To me it makes a lot more sense as far as their styles, would love to just try it for a few games.

Not gonna lie, seeing him play RW on a line with Panarin makes me giddy. I know he's more comfortable on LW, and it's only been a game and a half so it's hard to predict, but it almost looked like there was chemistry there last night. Wouldn't mind seeing him play RW for a bit just to see how that line shakes out Throw Blais down on the 3rd line when he comes back for 8 more games (and then gets injured again).

I'm ok with it. Think I would've preferred Kreids, just based off his longevity with the team and presence last year, but reading that players already look to Trouba makes this the right choice.

There's a good chance this won't work, for multiple reasons, but just kind of throwing this idea out there when it comes to the top 2 lines - Pan - Zib - Laf Kreids - Trocheck - Kakko I mean, it looks good to me, and gives opposing defenses 2 different looks, but I guess my concern is would that give us too many skill guys and not enough playmakers on line 1? And the opposite for line 2, a lot of playmakers but not enough skill guys? I know Pan and Zibs have been linemates before, just can't remember why exactly it didn't work.

I Just texted a coworker who's a casual Rangers fan "Shesty, release us!" and after about 5 minutes of silence I got a reply back saying "what exactly are you implying?" and thats when I realized that A) This lady has no idea what I'm talking about, and B) autocorrect changed "Shesty" to "Chesty". If Blais was truly ready, where do you slot him in? Fourth line, and take out Reaves, or swap Vatrano to the 4th & throw Sammy up there?
