Is there a reason people keep bringing up Brodin so much? was there some rumor or indication that we are interested in this soft bum? -
[brooks] Rangers to Loan Vitaly Kravtsov to KHL for 2020-21 Season

Kravtsov strikes me as somebody that doesn't want to understand that he has to work on his game without the puck and only thinks about point production. https://www.sport-express.ru/hockey/nhl/reviews/intervyu-rossiyskogo-forvarda-vitaliya-kravcova-o-tom-kak-on-probivaetsya-v-sostav-nyu-york-reyndzhers-1686891/ — Вы ведь даже в ВХЛ уехали. -

Kravtsov did not get demoted. KHL had a break in the schedule and he asked to play some games in VHL. -

Pulock was a 15th overall pick. But yes, you don't have to have some big names, big contracts to play solid shut down defense. Which is why I want to get rid of Trouba the big name contract that is prone to terrible defensive mistakes. -

solid signing. Not sure how much he has left in the tank, but he used to be a very good coach. He even coached the great David Oliver himself.. twice in Ottawa. -
confirmed: Alexis Lafreniere is a New York Ranger!

this guy thinks Laf should play center: If he can do that then we can draft a LW with our 2nd 1st rounder. -

https://bluelinestation.com/2020/08/21/who-should-new-york-rangers-target-carolinas-first-round-pick/4/ interesting Sam Colangelo is more of a 2nd/3rd rounder why do they suggest him at 23? "Brendan Brisson is the son of hockey super-agent Pat Brisson." Good to know, now I really don't want him. I don't expect a son a a filthy rich super agent to have the same drive and work ethic as regular middle/lower class folks. Let somebody else take that gamble. -

Why doesn't Hajek start the season with one of the European teams to make up for time lost last season to injuries? -

I think we need to keep adjusting our prospect pool with some trades to remove excess and fill holes. For example Pajuniemi does not seem like he has much of a future with us. He is a good goalscorer primarily on the PP, but we don't need that so much we need somebody that can grind it out Jesper Fast style on the bottom 2 lines and that is not really his style so much and his defensive game is underdeveloped. So I would trade him for something else or for a draft pick. -

2nd line center will be Strome for now, and he should not cost a lot either.
