Miller will be RFA without arbitration rights. So, unless he’s offered a qualifier from other team, he ain’t going nowhere. He is ny rangers property no matter what they offer him as an extension. Once that extension is near the end, it might make sense to trade him depending on his further development and potential asking price from his camp. At that point he might become a causality of a salary cap. But before that I don’t see any reason to trade him. He is and will be relatively cheap for next couple of years.

On the other hand how many teams can afford to play 2 first overalls on the third line. One of which is future hall of famer the moment he hangs his skates. For somebody who don’t follow rangers it might look like this team is loaded with McDavids, McKinnons alike. Galant’s meta verse. Lol.

All I know and care about is that right now at least on paper this roster looks the best since….. I guess cup winning roster of 94. Will it work in real life, time will tell but for now we have the best tool available these days in nhl.

Watched his interview on fox5. I’m not a lawyer so can’t judge from legal standpoint but he actually makes sense explaining why they had implemented that face recognition software. And at the very end of this interview he has said he believes the Rangers can go all the way this season. My guess nobody gets fired this year.
