pretty interesting discussion during the in studio after the period ended. Berube mentioned a lack of communication on the ice when the isles scored. The all went onto say in today's game it just doesn't happen as much as it use to. They then commented that Ramsey use to be very vocal during the games yelling out onto the ice and helping keep they guys (even on the bench in the game) and that in their opinion the Rangers maybe missing that. It wasn't a sword anybody was falling on by any means but I found it to be interesting. Also not looking to debate why he was let go etc. That's a question we don't know the answer to and has been discussed in great detail before.

Yeah he probably needs two guys to go down with injury before he sees the ice again here once Rempe comes back. Unfortunately imo Brodzinski is in line before him.

GDT [RS #67] Rangers at Pittsburgh Penguins — Visiting the Elderly
Scott replied to Drew a Penalty's topic in New York Rangers
Ugly win as mentioned before, but take the win and move on. It's concerning nonetheless but I guess we can worry about it another day. See what tomorrow brings. Thank you Jarry for the .739 on the day. Get the win tomorrow and then things get tougher starting Tuesday. -

Tro, not sure anybody could of predicted him consistently coming up as big as he had in so many spots consistently throughout this season. I think Vesey is a good story as well he just plays such a smaller role, TOI etc. -
GDT [RS] (#66) Rangers @ Tampa Bay Lightning — Mika Mid March

Yep. Just one of those checked out from the beginning, happens much more rarely which is a great sign, he still has a way to go but I do now think he can get there. Haven't looked at the +/-in a month or two but he was near the bottom I think something like a difference of +12 in favor of Tro and Panarin. -

Laf who's has been a different player this season and is reliable although sometimes struggles defensively. Had the huge turnover where he just looked lazy and careless which the puck ended up going the other way right after the Brodzinski debacle. I think that's where the wheels starting falling off. It just looked like the old Laf, lazy and slow, kinda checked out from the beginning. It was a reminder though of just how far he's come this season because we don't see much of that any more from him. I would expect a much better effort against the Pens.
