Ottawa brings this guy up an emergency loan today, never heard of the guy so I had to look him up. I guess a body to replace Stuetzle in the lineup. I think they may have Rempe covered if need be. Could at least be interesting. Honestly I hope he sticks to his 6-7 mins and just plays the game. Maybe one of the last times we see him this season if Chytil is that close and barring injuries.

Shesterkin was great. For a portion of the season he wasn't even the best goalie on the team. We can play the what if game all day, but form my side I'll leave it at Shesterkin and Panarin were great and the reason we won yesterday. But I do get the rub when you say that's not the right way to look at it as if your opinion means more than anybody else's. I do think we're all on the same side of the fence. Nothing will ever be perfect and there's certainly some deficiencies in spite of the record that cause concern too many. Now let's find another gear and see where that takes us.

I'll take all the stupids plays that Panarin makes for all the great ones any day, especially this season or in fact since he's gotten here. He's the only one with a pulse on offense a lot of the time, dragging his linemates into the fight and becoming one of the best lines in the league. Without his snipe we wouldn't have even gotten that far then he buries another in the shootout.

Not sure how that's not a trip on 55, every time. Hate blaming anybody but themselves, when they score a even strength 5v5 for the fist time in over 195:00 then they can blame anything but what's in the mirror. Just my opinion.

Same, I think it would be a desperation/panic move by Lavy. Chytil played all of 10 games, I would also bet anything he brings would be shortlived before he's back on the sidelines again picking up the pieces (I don't wish that on anyone). We went from humming along to this kind of desperation in record time should it happen. Although Chytil is long overdue for his first goal in nearly what 12 months?

Maloney was going off 3/4 games ago on the radio about it being an issue for a while but that night he was losing his mind, literally. He kept saying habits bring results and the Rangers were heading entirely in the wrong direction for a few weeks at that time, regardless of the results. He stressed even if they were winning games it wasn't going to fly in the playoffs. The flyers have been getting rolled for a few weeks now, Torts benching the C, goalies shitting the bed. Yet it would take a dominating 20 mins for us to pull this off. Or we're going to hear about how they got away from their game and the effort wasn't good enough. Kinda sounds familiar. Very frustrating for sure.
