Parsley Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 Sigh.... More losing. Some bright spots last night and then a few bonehead plays. Engram was awful.
BrooksBurner Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 Learning experience for Daniel Jones. He had a decent game, but threw the game away in the red zone with a chance to close the gap to a score. Either the OL can't run block for shit, or defenses are stacking the box to shut down Barkley, or both. This is a huge problem. It is hard to establish a passing game or go downfield at all if you can't run the ball whatsoever. Defense started well, then the last half plus last drive in first half they weren't good. Not that I expected any different out of that side of the ball.
4EverRangerFrank Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 I don't know if I can add another disappointing team...my stomach hurts enough. *sighs*

BrooksBurner Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 Steelers are also probably the best D the Giants will face all season. True. I also thought Andrew Thomas was very good, so that bodes well for his future against a defensive front like that.
LindG1000 Posted September 16, 2020 Posted September 16, 2020 True. I also thought Andrew Thomas was very good, so that bodes well for his future against a defensive front like that. Yeah, he did alright considering he was up against that defense.
Parsley Posted September 20, 2020 Author Posted September 20, 2020 Barkley out for the year. ACL. Team finds a way to lose again. Fucking 3-13 incoming. Sent from my iPhone using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
Pete Posted September 20, 2020 Posted September 20, 2020 Barkley out for the year. ACL. Team finds a way to lose again. Fucking 3-13 incoming. Sent from my iPhone using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk Woof that's brutal.
BrooksBurner Posted September 20, 2020 Posted September 20, 2020 Barkley got hurt trying to do too much. It was almost a matter of time.
Keirik Posted September 21, 2020 Posted September 21, 2020 Bears fan here. I watched the game with my father in law who is a big Giants fan. I thought thry had a ton of fight in them for a fairly thin roster. Jones is going to be good as long as they stick with the program. Sucks about Barkley
lefty9 Posted September 22, 2020 Posted September 22, 2020 Giants becoming the NY MetsIt could be worse, they could become the ny jets
4EverRangerFrank Posted September 22, 2020 Posted September 22, 2020 Giants-Mets-Jets-Red Bulls-Knicks...about all one NY fan stomach can take. They had a shot in the waning seconds to pull victory from the jaws of defeat. But alas, no such miracle.
BrooksBurner Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 6-6 tie, 3 min left in half, 3rd and 22 for the 9ers. Was going to be a punt. Dumb illegal contact 5 yd penalty for an automatic first down. 9ers score a td. This is what bad teams do.
Parsley Posted September 27, 2020 Author Posted September 27, 2020 This team is reaching NY KNICKS level bad. Sent from my iPhone using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
BrooksBurner Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 This was the first truly bad Daniel Jones game that has put a seed of doubt in my mind, but I do have to remember it even took Eli several years before rising to the occasion.
Parsley Posted September 28, 2020 Author Posted September 28, 2020 Man, their schedule is brutal. 1-9 or 0-10 incoming. Sent from my iPhone using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
LindG1000 Posted September 28, 2020 Posted September 28, 2020 So do we keep Jones, or do we trade him on the sly and take Trevor Lawrence?
Parsley Posted September 28, 2020 Author Posted September 28, 2020 So do we keep Jones, or do we trade him on the sly and take Trevor Lawrence? If they go 2-14. Get rid of him and Gettleman.
SaveByRichter35 Posted September 28, 2020 Posted September 28, 2020 So do we keep Jones, or do we trade him on the sly and take Trevor Lawrence? Trade this turd, I want Goldilocks
Parsley Posted October 12, 2020 Author Posted October 12, 2020 This team is garbage. So depressing to watch. Sent from my iPhone using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
Parsley Posted October 12, 2020 Author Posted October 12, 2020 That Dak injury was horrific. My god. Sure was. I like Dak. So many haters. Wish he was the Giants QB. Sent from my iPhone using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
Keirik Posted October 12, 2020 Posted October 12, 2020 I thought Jones did well today. Giants really didn’t play too bad. There’s just a lot of growing pains
