In any sport. This is an odd one to me, though suspension is a requirement for Phase 2 of the NHL's abuse program.

 

There either must have been another incident or he violated the terms of Phase 1. It's not like guys get suspended for going to a bar and getting wasted. There wouldn't be an NHL lol
