I also noticed that travel hockey there starts from squirt level, no mites which is weird for me cause my kid has been playing mites travel for 3 years here in NY There should be no such thing as Mite "travel" hockey. It's suppose to be all development until Squirts. that cant be true. we have games and tourney's all over northeast for mites. mites A, mites AA, and mites AAA. But as I said, there aren't suppose to be any "travel" "comp" etc mite teams, and never any tryouts The USA hockey development program lines t out. Vey few games, all small area development.
